What we collect
When you order: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number and what you bought.
When you write to us: your message and your contact details.
Why we use it
To prepare, ship and follow up your order, to answer your questions, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Our checkout and payments run on Shopify. Card details are handled by the payment provider: we never see your card number.
Your name and address go to the carrier that delivers your parcel.
Cookies
This site keeps your basket in your browser so it is still there when you come back. The checkout pages, run by Shopify, use their own cookies to process your order.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years, as UK accounting rules require. Other messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@adzenclick.shop.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
